我的肛门扩张太大现在已不能完全闭合怎么办？加图了，我自己现在用的肛塞

我最近对扩肛特别痴迷，三个多月已经可以轻松进出6厘米肛塞了。普通的饮料瓶，啤酒瓶从底部也可以毫不费力的插入。现在肛门已经不能完全闭合了，看了一些文章说以后会导致大便失禁，有些害怕了。哪位大侠有什么好的办法没有！谢谢！加图了，我自己用的肛塞。
